 We install all types of ceiling fans and light fixtures — whether you’re replacing an old fan, upgrading to a stylish chandelier, or adding modern recessed lighting to a room. Our service includes: 

•  Safe electrical connection and mounting 
•  Secure anchoring to fan-rated boxes (when applicable) 
•  Installation of fan blades, light kits, and remote receivers 
•  Clean-up and haul-away of old fixtures (if needed) 

We offer straightforward labor pricing:

•  Standard ceiling fan install: $100–$175
  (Fan weight under 25 lbs, pre-wired ceiling box) 
•  Heavy or vaulted ceiling fan install: $200+ 
•  Light fixture only (flush, semi-flush, pendant): $75–$125 

Qualifying lightweight fans without rubber grommets in the blade holes may be eligible for our express install discount — just ask during booking!
