We quote per unit based on condition and scope. Here’s a general guide:
- Basic Turn (touch-up, patch, light repairs): $500–$1,200/unit
- Standard Turn (paint, light fixture/surface replacement): $1,200–$2,500/unit
- Full Interior Refresh (minor reno, kitchen/bath work): $2,500–$6,000+ per unit
